Straightforward hotel with perfect location to the Gants Hill Tube station and exceptionally nice staff on shift. Great value and great-sized room with good bed and smoke detectors for safety measures...

we stayed at this hotel for london sight seeing,so didnt stay in hotel alot but when we were there it seemed very nice .good location withpark across road and bus stops just outside. they state they have a bar but its never open even at week ends. good location for london only 30 mins by tube or over ground . rooms basic but always clean with fresh towels ,soap, teas and coffees every day and if you need more drinks you only have to ask and they give you more. cooked breakfast everyday but finish 9 am on the dot yes we would stay here again.

Consider exploring local parks for a refreshing morning walk, as they offer a peaceful start to your day away from the chaos of the hotel.

Convenience, proximity to Town centre, transport hubs, Proximity of park
Room was small, breakfast menu should be improved or at least varied especially for persons staying longer than 3 days. I extended my stay to 12 days but missed breakfast either by choice or by getting up late. It also should be from 7-10am.

Had a blast with friends! We visited a world-famous music venue for an amazing show, then explored vibrant shops and cafes around. The location is perfect for nightlife and transportation. Planning for a nice group getaway? This is a solid choice!
One night the heating was super hot, and I had trouble sleeping. I ended up on the sofa in the lounge, actually comfy, but it could have been avoided.

Poor customer service, lock on door was busted, shower was unhygienic, shower head fell on top of my head when I turned the water on, staff stood outside the window and talked at the top of their voice at 1am, breakfast food was not good quality, had nowhere to sit to eat breakfast, arrived on a fri night around 8pm and asked for a drink at the bar - was told the bar was closed and would open on monday. Absolute disgrace. Everything in this comment the hotel staff are aware of, and they didn't seem the slightest bit bothered. They had our money, that was all they cared about.

Cheap hotel. T.v. and water boiler in room. Pooltable (nice for older kids). Nice park across the road. Train, underground, shops & mall within walking distance. Friendly staff, breakfast is okay, beds were good. If you don't have high standards and stay for just a few nights.
Reservation for family room was at arrival not available. 2 Separate rooms on different floors instead (but they were willing to arrange a new room). Very small rooms, old furniture, curtains were torn.Door handle came off. Bathroom was partly renewed but not finished.

I booked a twin room for two nights. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, easily giving me a good night's sleep. The location suited my needs well, with easy access to local shops and Ilford's main attractions. The hotel itself was large and offered a decent breakfast with a hot buffet. The staff were friendly and check-in was straightforward. I did encounter some issues. The room had a strong smell of smoke and cannabis as I walked down the hallway, concerning since the hotel has a no-smoking policy. The shower had low water pressure. I also faced a bit of an issue with my room key card. It didn't work one morning, and it took a while to resolve. These inconveniences was nice, but overall, the positives balanced the negatives to some extent.

Staff tried to help and accommodate my needs.
The quality of each room varies, but each room has a problem such as leaking toilets, shower that only trickles, window lacking proper insulation, etc.

1. No fans in the rooms - extremly hot and uncomfortable - found it difficult to sleep. I need to be refresehed for two tough days but was tired. Could you not do a vegeterain sausages for non meet fish and egg eaters? The room I wasin had cobwebs on several places in the room. The heating mecanism of the showers was very difficult to adjust. I stay in many hotels and B&Bs I am sad to say I was not impressed. Your staff were very nice.

We spent a night in a twin room and really enjoyed the hot buffet breakfast and the spacious bathroom. The kids loved the outdoor pool, while I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in our room. Just a heads up, some of the furniture is a bit worn, but overall, we had a pleasant stay! 😊
